Schedule One-On-One Meeting

Let’s talk about the next steps or potential collaboration options.

I’d like to learn more about you and your work. Schedule time on my Calendar

You have taken the first step in us working together! If you are not used to coffee meetings here are some tips to keep in mind.

  1. Show up to an appointment on-time!  Schedule time with Gregory on his Calendar
  2. Have questions ready — you can take this 1-minute survey to get started. I will send you a copy
  3. Have something to take notes on – phone, paper, laptop. Whatever works for you.

Depending on your interest in our meeting, I encourage those interested in cities to read this MIT article and those interested in digital service models to read this Medium Post on Public Budgeting to identify where I see the spaces going and potential collaborative opportunities.

I do a few things so I’ll highlight 3 ways I can help you.

  • If you want to just talk: Currently, I run 2 businesses one for-profit and a non-profit. I also had a strong record at 2 acquired startups, 1 accelerator, 1 big tech, and 1 national non-profit. Today many of those are now my strategic partners.
  • If you want to partner: I like public-private partnerships that can help cities operate better in the digital age or help local organizations scale services. I launch prototypes often at least 3-4 times a year through the non-profit. I do one major project a year and advise multiple organizations through the for-profit.
  • If you are looking for funding: I am not an accredited investor but can suggest some Angels or VCs in my network that might be a fit.

What’s up with this one-on-one meeting (1:1) thing?

I started doing One-On-One Meetings early in my career as a neighborhood team leads for Obama 2012 election. I carried this style of meeting throughout my career to meet new people and used past experiences to make meetings more productive. The online sessions are 30-minutes. Before COVID-19, I usually covered coffee or tea of choice in a workspace in Miami where you can work for the entire day if you choose to. 90% of people find it helpful and 20% of people typically work with me on something within the year 10 months. Are you ready?

Last chance, let’s schedule 30-minutes to talk and see areas to collaborate.

I am looking forward to speaking with you.

See you soon!
